End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant

Subject to payment and these terms, Vantic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use Studio Toolkit (“the Software”) for the use permitted by your edition (Lite, Pro, or Entreprise — see §2).

2. Scope of the license (per key)

• Lite (free) and Pro are licensed for personal, educational and non-commercial use only (learning, evaluation, personal projects).
• Entreprise is required for any commercial or revenue-generating use — including freelance, client and company projects, and use by or within a business, studio or agency.
• Each license key is unique and single-use and activates the Software on one (1) machine (node-locked to a hashed Machine ID).
• To move the license to a new machine, contact us to reset the key, or — for the Studio (floating) license — revoke the seat from the Admin Panel.
• Studio / floating license (sold separately): one purchase serves multiple workstations on your local network up to the agreed seat count, managed by the included license server.

3. Restrictions

• No reselling, sublicensing, renting, lending, sharing or publishing of the Software or the key.
• No reverse-engineering, decompiling or circumventing the activation/protection, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• No removal of copyright or proprietary notices.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual-property rights remain with Vantic and their licensors. Third-party renderers and plug-ins referenced (V-Ray, Corona, Forest Pack, RailClone, etc.) belong to their respective owners; Studio Toolkit is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk or any third party.

5. Updates

The license includes updates released within the same major version (v1.x). New major versions may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee.

6. Disclaimer & limitation

The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind. Always back up your scenes before running batch operations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantic shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages or data loss; total liability is limited to the price paid. Mandatory statutory warranties remain unaffected.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. On termination you must stop using and remove all copies of the Software.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
